ABOUT ME
I’m Amogh Kochhar. As a film colorist, I have spent the past several years honing my skills in color grading and bringing my unique vision to a variety of film and video productions. I am always looking for new ways to push the boundaries of what is possible in the world of color grading. I am also a strong collaborator, and I enjoy working closely with directors and cinematographers to ensure that their vision is accurately reflected in the final product. In my free time, I enjoy experimenting with new plug-ins and techniques to constantly improve my skills.
Experience
- I’ve worked as a professional film colorist since 2016, I'm proficient with industry-leading software like Davinci Resolve & Baselight. I keep my workflows updated with high-end color pipelines like ACES, Dolby Vision, Film print emulation, etc.
- In the wake of the pandemic, I adapted my workflows to be more remote-friendly making the process much more efficient and effective than ever before.
- Worked on fiction/non-fiction episodic series like Mega Icons & India From Above for NGC, Kenny Sebastian stand-up special for Netflix, Recipe for Change for Springhill Media, Rise of the Makers for CNA Insider, sports docs for the Olympic channel.
- Worked on projects for brands like Oberoi Realty, Skoda Automobile, OnePlus, Bombay Shaving co, Royal Challenge Whiskey, ICICI Lombard, JCB, Godrej Interio, and TATA Capital.
- I've also got the opportunity to work on music videos for pop artists like Honey Singh, Dr. Zeus, and Grammy-nominated Jazz artist Kamasi Washington.
